I am Sarah Smith, a personal trainer based in London providing mobile personal training services to people in and around the London area. I also provide personal training sessions in a private studio in Clapham.

I have been a personal trainer for almost 10 years, and during that time I have help numerous client achieve their goals whether it be weight loss, muscle toning, running a marathon or simply  keeping fit and healthy. I am also a fully qualified nutrition advisor.

Individual Training Methods

I always provide every client with unique sessions and programmes that are designed to meet their individual objectives. We all have different strengths, weaknesses, goals and fitness so a training plan which may be beneficial for one person could actually be detrimental to another. This is why, as a personal trainer and nutrition advisor,  I prepare everything specifically for each client.

I offer nutrition and meal planning as a stand alone service, but I also provide keynutrition advice and recommendations to all ym clients whether it be 1-2-1 personal training, group training or out training.

The First Step

Before I begin training any client I also do a thorough consultation and a health check.

The initial consultation is free and is designed to allow me to get a clear grasp of your current health and fitness levels and find out exactly what you want to achieve so we can come up with a realistic plan of action to get you to where you want to be.

The health check gives us a starting point which we can measure all future results against and also allows me to check if there are any health conditions you may have which should be taken into consideration or possibly referred to a specialist if there is potential for training to dangerous. Whatever we do your health is always the priority.
