Before I put together any nutrition and meal plan for you we will have a consultation where we will discuss and go through current aspects of your life such as fitness level, health conditions, habits and lifestyle. We will then identify the specific goals you want to achieve and come up with a clear direction and actionable plan of what you can do to achieve these goals.
Everyone is different, with different lifestyles and goals so any plan of action we decide upon together will be created so it fits in with your lifestyle. It is vital that the plan is both realistic and achievable in the set timeframe. Unrealistic plans will result in disappointment and you will find yourself slipping back into your old habits. A plan that is realistic, but at the same time challenging, is the only way to achieve lasting results.
